Nashville has been on my list of places to go for years. I mean great music, top notch food, and a booming night life...what is there not to like?

This summer I finally checked it off my list and explored for a week in July. Let me just tell you, this place is a must visit.  From the unique charm of writing rounds and live music everywhere, to good ole southern hospitality, delicious food, and great shopping, there’s never a dull moment.

RH Nashville Cafe

RH Nashville Cafe - The food is amazing, the wine is superb, and the atmosphere is even better. This Restoration Hardware cafe is a great boujee spot for date night or drinks and dinner with the girls!

Bourbon Steak Nashville - If you’re planning to have an upscale dinner, this is your spot! Their mouth watering steaks are accompanied by a rooftop view and excellent service. We went here on our last night to toast to a great trip!

Vandyke

Vandyke - I met up here with a new friend for a cocktail so I can only speak to the drinks here (and the cute bartender)! Well let me just tell you…a great place to stop after you’ve been exploring all day. The cocktails are some of the best I had.

Fido - This cute coffee shop on 21st Ave South is ideal for a quick meal in between shopping at all the cute boutiques on this street! Their fresh food and pastries will not disappoint!

Patterson House - This old school bar has a vibe entirely its own! Book cases, mahogany wooden fire places, and mood lighting put the Patterson House in a league of its own.

Lunch at Mockingbird

Mockingbird - I stopped here for a quick lunch while I did some writing and it was pretty ideal. The chic decor, craft cocktails, and fresh ingredients made it a great place to hangout.

The Woodhouse Day Spa Nashville - After a long week of exploring, this is the perfect place to retreat to for the day. I came here on my last day after an eventful week and it gave me some tranquil relaxation to end my trip before the flight home. It was a great way to recharge!

Show at The Opry

The Opry (or Ryman) - This is a must see for any country music loving fan.  There’s just something special about seeing a show where so many legends have preformed.
